Packaging

We understand how important privacy is when purchasing medications. That’s why all orders are discreetly packaged in plain brown envelopes with no identifying information about the contents or the customer.

Delivery Time

  • UK Deliveries: We offer next-day delivery across the UK. Orders placed before 1:30 pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery. Please note, we do not dispatch orders on weekends (Saturday-Sunday), so orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday, and delivered by Tuesday.
  • International Deliveries: Shipping to certain countries may be restricted due to import regulations. If your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you via email or phone.

Delayed Shipments

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, various factors may cause delays. These include supplier delays, public holidays, postal issues, or incomplete order details. It is important to ensure all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • Orders are considered lost if not delivered within 14 days of the order placement.
  • However, extensive delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not begin an investigation for a delayed order until a reasonable amount of time has passed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact our customer support team if your order has not arrived. Please ensure you follow the correct procedure, as we may not process refund requests if the outlined steps are not followed.
